The Kickoff has been held in an online format and has stood out for its innovative character and high participation, achieving real time interaction with almost 2000 people in 4 hours
ACCIONA Cultural Engineering has carried out the design and integral production of the ‘Kickoff 2021′ of Coca-Cola European Partners Iberia (CCEP Iberia), celebrated last January 19th in an online format. Some 1,850 employees, – members of the company, from offices located in Spain, Portugal and other parts of Europe – participated in the event.
The event was conducted by the well-known journalist Ainhoa Arbizu, who, over the course of four hours, gave way to the different blocks and sections, which included lectures, round tables, presentations and an awards ceremony, all under the claim “Make a difference together”.
In its 2021 edition, the Kickoff from CCEP Iberia has stood out for its innovative character, thanks to a proposal with modern, dynamic and innovative visual formats, supported by interactive contents. Therefore, the messages have been integrated into striking settings that have combined the real and virtual worlds in a spectacular way. The recreation of scenarios, the use of 3D digital effects and chromas have managed to involve users in the various sections from start to finish, keeping their attention during the four hours, which has resulted in a high participation.
In order to offer a personalized experience and to favor the accessibility and connection from different devices and channels, ACCIONA Cultural Engineering set up a Web/App platform personalized with the visual identity of the event, which offered live broadcasting in 3 languages (Spanish, English and Portuguese), with simultaneous translation. The platform has also integrated functionalities to facilitate interaction between speakers and participants, such as surveys, pre-award voting, agenda, chat, notifications, etc.
The event has had a great technical and production deployment, which has included the previous recording of contents, which have been integrated into the set with the live broadcast. In addition, five 4K cameras -two of them robotic- and a PoleCam were required to carry out the production on the set, all of which were directed by a team of 20 people in sectors for the perfect recording and broadcasting of the event.
The scope of the work from ACCIONA Cultural Engineering has included the conceptual design, scriptwriting and development of all content, audiovisual production, supply and technical operation, simultaneous translation, organization and comprehensive production, as well as communication and management of speakers, presenters and participants.
